Refund, Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy
Warrant
It is important to note that My Xray
Film does not manufacture any of the products we sell. Warranties are
between the purchaser and manufacture of the products. We will assist
you in any warranty claims. But the process by which any warranty
issue is handled is determined by the manufacture. Shipping charges
arising from returns, exchanges, service, etc. is the sole
responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellations/Returns
Due to the
nature of our products, changes or cancellations to an order can only
be accepted the day the order is placed. However, expedited
shipping of an item at the customer’s request cannot be
cancelled or changed.
Authorized product returns are subject
to a restocking fee of 30%. In addition, the customer is responsible
for all shipping charges. Returned products MUST be in new
condition with all shipping packages and manuals in place, and the
return authorization number be clearly written on the box and
accompanying paper work. If return authorization number is not
clearly displayed, the return may be rejected and customer is
responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Refusal of Shipment
If for any reason a customer decides
to refuse delivery of ordered products, return shipping charges and
re-stocking fees will be withheld from any credit issued.
